Holland has numerous tasty small time places to eat. In downtown it is hard to find a cheap eat. The City Delicatessen is an independently owned restaurant that serves both hot and cold sandwiches, oven baked flat-bread pizzas and a fun build your own frozen yogurt bar.
Their menu is hand crafted and unique because each of their sandwiches is named after a city in the United States. My favorite so far is the Los Angeles. It is a ham, bacon and swiss sandwich with apple slices, lettuce and honey mustard on a toasted ciabatta.

I really enjoy the LA because it has a sweet and salty feel to it. The apple slices go great with the honey mustard and bacon and ham are two of my favorite meats. All of their sandwiches come with kettle chips on the side to round this off for a nice and simple lunch.

Also around the restaurant is paintings of various cities around the US done by a local artist. The City Delicatessen is decent in price compared to the rest of downtown and has many options to help make your lunch right for you.
