Located right down from Michigan State University is a sandwich shop filled with wonderful treats… well actually tots.

When you walk into Conrad’s you see an open-atmosphere restaurant with walls covered in movie memorabilia and Bob Marley playing over the speakers.  The menu shows various sandwiches but what they are known for is their Con-Wraps.  Con-wraps are ingredients stuffed in a tortilla n grilled to perfection.  Most come with tater tots inside them like the Number One which is what I ordered.

The Number One is a wrap with chicken, mozzarella and cheddar, tots, ranch and sour cream.  It is a giant oozing wrap of awesome and I got full just looking at its enormous size.

What I loved about this wrap aside from the wonderful melted goodness is that they had portions of every ingredient throughout the entire wrap instead of most in the middle and none at the ends like other places I have ate at.  I was worried this was going to be a very greasy mess with the tots mixing with cheese and chicken but it was very subtle and the tots made a wonderful addition to everything else.

So in conclusion if you are near the MSU campus and want a wonderful wrap then Conrad’s is right for you.  Make sure you check out the awesome bathroom art too!
