Whether you are heading out to the beach and need to grab a bite before hand, or just in the mood for great pizza, Sluggo’s is the answer.  Locally owned and operating for 13 years, Sluggo’s offers a great pie with fresh toppings and a delicious sauce.

I often go there a lot for lunch due to their lunch special #1.  This means you get a individual 2-topping pizza, bread stixs and a drink for around 6 dollars.  I order my pie with ham and onion, their Syd Stix which are covered in Parmesan cheese and garlic butter and a Mountain Dew.  Also don’t forget the ranch and red peppers for a spicy finish.

This time I chose to bring my friend Kyle with me.  As you can see he is also very excited to be here.  We talked and anxiously waited for our meal.

The pizza was so hot I couldn’t eat it for 5 minutes.  Luckily the bread stixs were perfect and I dug in to those.  It is very rare that you leave on an empty stomach and today was no different.  I could barely walk after eating this tasty food, but had to cause it was time to go to the beach.  The Holland State Park is a few miles down the street and always a great place to nap after eating at Sluggo’s.
